Refund Policy
AISHE SaaS (AIaaS) Product — Refund Policy
This policy governs the refund processes for the cloud-based software service known as AISHE.
1. Introduction
This policy governs the refund processes related to the cloud-based software service named AISHE. AISHE is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that users access over the internet. This policy covers all terms relating to subscription fees, free trial periods and other payments.
2. No Refund
As a general rule, no refunds are made for AISHE, except where required by law. This includes:
- Fully or partially used billing periods (e.g. monthly/annual subscriptions).
- Refund requests for unused days.
- Refunds in the event of early termination of the subscription period.
Refunds may be possible in special circumstances such as unlawful errors or the service failing to comply with its described features.
3. Free Trial Period
3.1. Duration and Scope
Users may test AISHE free of charge and without limitation for 14 days. The trial period is tied to the device on which the user first logs in, and it ends automatically when the period expires.
3.2. Turkish Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 6502)
In Turkey, a 14-day objection period (warranty period) applies to digital services. However, this period ends once active use of AISHE begins. The user must confirm this before the trial period starts.
3.3. Re-trial
The trial period is granted once per device. A second trial on the same device is not possible after initial use.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1. Paid Use
To continue using AISHE after the trial period, the user must pay the monthly fee according to the current price list. Prices are available at the pricing page and may vary by package.
4.2. Device-Bound Licence
The licence is bound to the device on which the trial period was used. If the device is changed, a new licence must be obtained.
4.3. No Automatic Renewal
The subscription is renewed only by payment made by the user. If no payment is made, the licence expires. Use may be restarted with a new payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests are rejected in the following situations:
- Change of mind — dissatisfaction after purchase.
- Partial or non-use — failure to use the service in whole or in part.
- Technical issues on the user's end — e.g. internet connection problems, hardware incompatibility.
- Unmet expectations — where the service features do not meet user expectations, except in cases of error or breach of contract.
6. Subscription Cancellation and Extension
6.1. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are renewed monthly according to the current price list. To cancel, the user must submit a request at least 3 business days before the end of the current period.
6.2. Consequences of Cancellation
A cancelled subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Data created by the user remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is deleted (unless a new subscription is purchased).
7. Refund Request Process
Refund requests are considered only where required by law or expressly stated in this policy. To submit a request, the user must provide:
- Full name, email address and transaction details (invoice number/ID).
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
Requests are evaluated within 7 business days at the latest. Applications should be sent to info@ainengroup.com.
8. Legal Notices
8.1. Disclaimer
AISHE is provided “as is”. It cannot be held liable for damages arising from use or non-use, except for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
8.2. Compliance with Turkish Law
This policy complies with Turkish legislation. In cases where a refund is required by law (e.g. defective service), requests will be reviewed and a refund may be issued.
9. Publication of the Policy
This refund policy:
- Is accessible in the “Corporate > Legal Information” section of the website.
- Is shown to the user during the registration and payment processes.
- Is available within the AISHE application under “Settings > Legal”.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated at any time in line with legal requirements. Changes are announced on the website and take effect immediately. Existing customers are not affected by changes; however, significant changes are notified by email.
Note: Compliance with Turkish Law
The 14-day trial period is consistent with the objection period under the Turkish Consumer Protection Act. When the user uses the service within the trial period, the right of objection expires. This must be clearly stated to the user before the trial begins and their consent must be obtained.
- Turkish Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 6502).
- Recht kompakt Türkei (Germany Trade and Invest, 2023).

Cloud Service Models — IaaS · PaaS · SaaS · AIaaS
1. IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)
IaaS provides virtualised infrastructure resources (servers, storage, networking, etc.) to users as a service over the internet. Users can use this infrastructure to install operating systems and applications.
Functions
- Flexible provisioning of virtual machines, storage and network resources.
- Replaces traditional physical servers.
Use Cases
Big data analytics, website hosting, development and testing environments.
Advantages
Cost savings (no infrastructure investment needed), scalability.
Examples
Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2, Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines, Google Compute Engine.
2. PaaS (Platform as a Service)
PaaS provides developers with a complete platform for application development, testing and deployment. Users do not need to manage infrastructure; they focus only on the application.
Functions
- Development tools, database management systems, middleware and runtime environments.
- Multi-user support and integrated development environments (IDEs).
Use Cases
Mobile/web application development, microservice architectures.
Advantages
Reduced development time, cost optimisation.
Examples
Google App Engine, Microsoft Azure App Services, Heroku.
3. SaaS (Software as a Service)
SaaS allows users to use fully functional software directly over the internet. The software is hosted in the cloud and provided via a subscription model.
Functions
- Directly accessible applications for users (e.g. email, CRM, office software).
- Automatic updates and centralised management.
Use Cases
Digitisation of business processes (e.g. Salesforce, Zoom).
Advantages
Zero installation and maintenance costs, access from anywhere.
Examples
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack.
4. AIaaS (Artificial Intelligence as a Service)
AIaaS enables users to utilise AI technologies such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision via the cloud. Users can use these services to train their own AI models or integrate existing APIs.
Functions
- Ready-made AI models (e.g. image recognition, chatbots), data processing and analytics tools.
- Scalable compute resources (GPU/TPU).
Use Cases
Customer service automation, predictive analytics, smart applications.
Advantages
Elimination of AI infrastructure setup costs, rapid prototyping.
Examples
Google Cloud AI, Amazon SageMaker, IBM Watson.
Key Differences and Comparison
| Feature | IaaS | PaaS | SaaS | AIaaS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| User | IT Administrators | Developers | End Users | Data Scientists / Analysts |
| Level of Control | High (infrastructure) | Medium (platform) | Low (application) | Medium/High (AI models) |
| Scalability | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Example Use | Server hosting | Mobile app dev | Email service | Predictive analytics |
Applicability in Turkey and Competitive Advantage
As digital transformation accelerates in Turkey, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and AIaaS models offer businesses:
- Cost savings — by reducing infrastructure investment.
- Business flexibility — by consuming resources on demand.
- Innovative solutions — by developing smart applications with AIaaS.
For example, a Turkish startup can integrate a chatbot in customer services using AIaaS, or rapidly develop a mobile application with PaaS. These models boost Turkey's competitiveness in the technology sector.
